Terms of Service

Welcome to SlingLab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SlingLab mobile application, website, and related services. By creating an account or using SlingLab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use SlingLab.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity occurring under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

SlingLab is a training companion for slingshot enthusiasts. You are responsible for using slingshots safely and in accordance with all applicable laws. SlingLab does not provide instruction, supervision, or safety certification.

Some features require a SlingLab Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are managed by those platforms. Prices, billing periods, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store.

You retain ownership of the information you create in SlingLab, including sessions, equipment, notes, and related training data. You grant SlingLab a limited license to store and process that information solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service where prohibited by law, upload malicious content, or use SlingLab for unlawful purposes.

SlingLab, its name, branding, logos, graphics, software, and original content are owned by SlingLab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any SlingLab intellectual property.

We strive to keep SlingLab available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued as the app evolves.

You may permanently delete your account at any time using the in-app Delete Account feature or through the public account deletion process described on our website. Account deletion permanently removes your SlingLab account and associated user data, subject only to limited retention required by law or platform obligations.

SlingLab is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will always be available, error-free, or meet every user's expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlingLab and its owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to SlingLab shall not exceed the amount you paid for SlingLab Pro during the twelve months preceding the claim, or US$100 if you have not made a purchase, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SlingLab after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
