Delete Your Account
SlingLab lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. We keep the process simple, transparent, and fully under your control.
Delete from inside the app
- Open SlingLab and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your SlingLab account (email, sign-in credentials, and profile).
- Your profile settings and preferences.
- All recorded sessions and individual shot data.
- Your equipment library and configurations.
- Your subscription record and any assigned roles.
- All app data stored locally on your device.
This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your sessions or history.
Can't access the app?
If you're unable to sign in or reach the Profile page, email us and we'll delete your account on your behalf. Please write from the email address associated with your SlingLab account so we can verify the request.
